Youth Music funds organisations that are open to developing and evaluate and reflect on what they do. 

We think that reflection and evaluation should be built into every project. 

This guide will help you think about your reflection and evaluation plans and how to write that into your application form. 

Reporting Templates

As part of your Youth Music grant you will be required to report on your project. We recommend you have a look at the reporting templates before you put in an application. This will help you with your project planning.

Please note that all reporting requirements should be submitted through Youth Music’s online grants portal.

Outcomes reporting

If we asked you to set outcomes when you applied to Youth Music or you have decided to use an outcomes approach in your evaluation, then when you come to complete your final report you will need to provide us with an evaluation of the outcomes in your report. You are free to do this however you want or you can make use of the template below.
