Above all, LCCM values originality and innovation, not a one-size-fits-all model for mass music education. Their passion for innovation extends from the belief that every musician, vocalist or producer is uniquely themselves and can pursue a sound and style that is compelling, fresh and true.

Graduate opportunities and the skills demanded by employers today are radically different than in the past. LCCM's unique approach recognises this, giving students a practical education that not only helps them master a chosen subject or instrument, but actively encourages collaboration, communication, initiative and hard work. With a reputation for nurturing creative talent, LLCM has successfully bridged the gap between traditional universities, conservatoires and rock and pop schools, by combining the best elements of all three into a modern centre for artistic, creative and academic excellence.

As part of the awards, we offer 18-25 year old creatives paid opportunities to work on the event, alongside a team of experienced professionals.

Having young people involved makes the event unique, and what differentiates it from other industry award ceremonies. We're therefore excited that LCCM (London College of Contemporary Music) have come on board this year to sponsor these roles.

NextGen paid roles include hosting, video editing, production support, and running and all those working at the event will also receive training opportunities to help progress their careers.
